Each club is run by it's members and they accept responsibility for their own activities and finances, electing club officers each year to ensure the continuity and vibrancy of the club. As these positions are positions of responsibility it is expected that anyone taking on this responsibility should do so with a positive attitude to fullfilling their duties to a high standard.
